Even though the ‘Chillara’ problem continues the Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan strikes on the silver screen today and it is the second directorial venture of Nadirshah. The films that come in the label Comedy entertainer, most of the time it is difficult to laugh audience and most of the time ends in a vulgarity. Does Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan succeed in entertaining audience?? Let’s have a look to cinema.Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan from Nadirsha is a yet another entertainer which has all the elements mixed properly and certainly this movie is a fun movie filled with good comedies. As like his first film Amar Akbar Anthony, Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan had the same elements in their to succeed. If you are a person want to laugh louder and to kill time Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan pleases you very much and enough in it to enjoy.

Moving to the Story line ,the initial narration aka the starting of the movie was quiet a good one.Vishnu’s character who is somewhat like our normal youngsters who actively tries to enter film field as an actor. The passion for his acting came as a part of his father’s (character played by siddque ) passion towards cinema.Surendran ,the character played by Siddque is a die hard fan of malayalam cinema and yesteryear superstar Jayan.Infact due to his extreme fanship to Jayan ,he names his boy as Krishnan Nair (Jayan’s real name) and he even starts to live a life as Koolie inspired from Jayan’s Movie Angaadi.Krishnan Nair aka Kichu(Vishnu’s character) is in search of his entry to cinema.Dasan, character played by Dharmajan is a good friend of Kichu’s  provides lot of slapstick moments to cherish in the movie. The one liners and situational comedy leads the movie forward  as the movie’s foil folds as Prayaga’s character Ann Maria who comes in search of Kichu makes the perfect punch for the interval.Later on the second half the movie’s story unfolds and Movie moves in a steady pace. The best thing about Kattapanyile Ritwik Roshan is that it deosn’t have any lags and makes you entertain the full context.Kattapanayile Hrithik Roshan’s Big plus is its climax as its worth watching the movie for the whole 2 hours.Especially siddque’s and Dharmajan’s acting for final portions was brilliant and those two need applause for that.

On Screen, Vishnu Unnikrishnan as Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan done a neat job and it is being his first film as a hero. He impresses with his comedy numbers and he puts lot of energy to that character to make vibrant on screen. He had a good timing in handling humor along with his co actors and that is the best part from him. Dharmajan Bolgatty shares screen with Vishnu Unnikrishnan’s character most of the time and as usual he made his humor well in screen and made a good performance.

Salim Kumar is back with his good old comedies and in Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan, without him the film incompletes and he is the one made a lot of fun in screen. Those who want to see Salim Kumar in his old form of dynamic comedies never Miss Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan, because he is the one excels in this. Siddique done a neat performance as father of Vishnu Unnikrishnan’s character and once again he proves that any character is safe in his hands.Prayaga Martin doing the female lead in Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan and she done her part neatly and this one is not much performance oriented, though she handled well. Maheshinte Prathikaram Lijomol Jose is doing another female lead and in this also she maintained her same realistic performance in Maheshinte Prathikaram. Rest of the star cast includes Rahul Madhav, Siju Wilson and Swasika all of them done their part sincerely and realistically.

Making wise, Nadirshah made Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan decently, without filling so much vulgar and double meaning comedies and his experience on that field works well in his film and that is a blessing too. Script wise Vishnu Unnikrishnan and Bibin George handled this section, for a film like this it is enough and not much flaws from the scripting side. The making side keeps the film in safe zone and if there is a slight deviation, there is a chance to collapse like a house of cards, for luck that is not happened.Technically, Shamdat cinematography was good and feels steady to the mood of cinema. Editing is done by John Kutty, fine cuts from him. Music is done by the director itself and considering the festive mood of the film the songs are good and blend with the film. Background Score is done by Bijibal and not any blemish from him and it syncs with the situations.

Overall, Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan is a good watch and keeps you engaged throughout the run time. As like Nadirshah’s debut film this one also said to be a perfect fun filled entertainer and that can be seen by any type of audience. Definitely Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan is pleasing
