Dangal Review

Dangal; simply an yet another Ravishing one from Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan, what to say as an audient Dangal is as much as entrancing and the film never made my eyes to move a slight from the screen. For me Sharukh Khan’s Chak De India was my most ever favorite film from the genre Sports Drama and now there comes two films in that list and that’s Dangal. A beautifully narrated story with the proper mix of emotions and enthusiasm, Dangal made my day.In Short, Dangal is based on true events on Wrestler Mahavir Phogat and his two daughters Geeta Phogat and Babita Phogat. The film story revolves around the wish of Mahavir Phogat to get a gold coin for India in wrestling by his son but he loses hope of having a son, on a certain situation he decided to train his daughters to make wrestling history and by breaking all verboten he made his wish through the daughter.

There is a scene in this film where the director puts a question to decide the real hero of the film by making two choices and the pick made this film flew as high to sky and minute things like this in the film made Dangal more attractive and thereby more engaging. Aamir Khan’s dedication to do these films like this rather than to play modish like his contemporaries is being the best part of Dangal along with the superb performances of Fatima and Sanya and of course these two were the best discover of the director. On Screen, definitely each and every casting made their best performances, as usual Aamir Khan made Mahavir Phogat to perfection; a man chasing his dreams through his daughters and in all manners not any actor can’t play that role in its maximum. The ladies Fatima Sana Shaikh as Geetha Phagot and Sanya Malhotra as Babitha Phagot; along with Aamir Khan they also made their best and the dedication is too high.

In the making department, Scripting is the best part and there Nitesh Tiwari along with Piyush Gupta, Shreyas Jain and Nikhil Mehrotra done their maximum in it and added almost all thing in the exact same meter and nothing in there that feels like bulging, definitely writing is the best part of the movie, flawless scripting. As a director, Nitesh Tiwari doesn’t want to complicate more and he chose the usual narration pattern as seen in movies like in the same genre, not telling this as a fault but the usualness is there.Technically, Dangal got rich from this section. Good camera work from Sethu Sriram and he is the one who fulfilled the view of director by handling neat visuals and not any errors from him. Ballu Saluja done the editing part, sharp and fine cuts from him. Music is By Pritam and almost all tracks are enhanced the modd of film and BGM too was impressive; it’s capable to raise the adrenaline level.

Overall, Dangal is a glorious visualization of a true story in all modes and there are enough from Dangal is waiting for you and this one is a must watch from Aamir Khan. Dangal is capable for made you motivate, cheerful , a little wet eyes and at last a patriotic too, don’t miss this on theatres and a must watch.
